Prof. Beyuo Congratulates Boniface Kuutuur and New NDC Executives in Lambussie

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Lambussie Constituency, Hon. Prof. Titus Kofi Beyuo, has congratulated Boniface Kuutuur and other newly elected executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Lambussie Constituency following their successful constituency elections held on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

In a congratulatory message dated October 25, 2026, Prof. Beyuo commended the NDC family in Lambussie for the peaceful and successful conduct of the elections, describing the exercise as an important step in strengthening the party’s leadership at the constituency level.

Boniface Kuutuur emerged as the winner of the constituency chairmanship position, alongside other candidates who secured various executive portfolios.

The MP said the election should not be viewed in terms of winners and losers but as an opportunity to renew the party’s leadership and strengthen its commitment to its political objectives.

“The NDC won in this election. We saw no losers but just the selection of new Executives,” he stated.

Prof. Beyuo also expressed appreciation to the outgoing Constituency Executive Committee (CEC) for its tireless efforts towards helping the party regain power and retain the parliamentary seat in the 2024 elections.

He assured the outgoing executives that their contributions to the party would remain appreciated, while urging the newly elected executives to work diligently to fulfil the mandate entrusted to them by delegates.

According to the MP, the new executives have a responsibility to unite party members, strengthen the party’s structures and work towards sustaining its political fortunes.

He further encouraged candidates who were unsuccessful in their bids for executive positions to remain committed to the party, stressing that their knowledge, skills and experience would continue to be valuable to its development.

Prof. Beyuo also expressed gratitude to delegates who travelled from different locations to participate in the elections, describing their participation as an important contribution to the democratic process within the party.

He extended his appreciation to the Electoral Commission, the Constituency Election Directorate, the Ghana Police Service, other security agencies, the media, particularly Lambussie FM, and all constituents for their respective roles in ensuring a peaceful electoral process.

The MP concluded by wishing the newly elected executives success as they assume their responsibilities, expressing confidence that they would serve the party with dedication and distinction.
